Chris and Joyce Perron are the co-founders and managing partners of Surefit Investors Group, LLC. In 2008, they formed Surefit Investors and have since been actively involved in buying and selling real estate.

Surefit Investors Group invests in real estate in North Carolina, Alabama, New York and New Jersey. The firm’s real estate projects include condominiums, single-family homes, multifamily properties, senior living facilities, tax liens and mortgage notes. As investment experts, Chris and Joyce were able to identify and take advantage of the most recent real estate boom. As a result, they have steadily increased their real estate portfolio.

Christian J Perron --- Senior Managing Partner

 Christian J Perron holds a Psychology degree from St-Hyacinthe College, Quebec. He speaks both French and English. Mr. Perron has been in the field of Sales and Management for over 17 years. In 2007 he formed Surefit Properties, a residential acquisition company. He co-founded Surefit Investors Group in 2008. His primary responsibilities as Senior Managing Partner of Surefit Investors Group include defining the company’s investment strategy, identifying and analyzing emerging markets, acquisition analysis and due diligence, directing all marketing activities, and managing investor relations. Mr. Perron brings her analytical, financial, technical and leadership skills to the partnership.

Mr. Perron is an expert in the following real estate area:

• US and Canadian emerging real estate markets
• Planning and analyzing potential commercial Rehabs.
• Acquiring Strategies for the purchase of multi-units and commercial buildings.
• Ongoing management of real estate properties.
• Partnering and the syndication of real estate.

Prior to being involved in real estate, Mr. Perron has been working for various fortune 1000 companies in a sales management, sales training and mentoring capacity.

Joyce A. Perron ---  Managing Partner

Joyce A. Perron holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications / Advertising with a focus in Business Management from Salem Massachusetts. She also has completed extensive business management training throughout her tenure of her profession.  Ms. Perron has been in the field of Sales and Marketing negotiations for over 12 years and a back ground in real estate / property management.  In 2008, Joyce Perron founded Specialized Mitigation Solutions, a Short Sale negotiation company that assists attorneys and Realtors with distressed residential and commercial real estate transactions. Her primary responsibilities as President of Specialized Mitigation Solutions include creating relationship with attorneys and Realtors specializing in assisting Homeowners and Commercial property owners in a time of need regarding distressed properties. She also analyzes the loan products of the distressed properties before negotiation begins in order to strategically conclude a solution for the property owner. Joyce Perron is viewed as the top professional who is highly recommended to assist in moving distressed properties in the New York / New Jersey tri-state area. She also is directing all marketing activities to increase business volume and managing all business relations involved with getting bank approvals in order to sell distressed properties. Ms. Perron brings her analytical, enthusiasm and her expertise in building relationships as well as her leadership skills to manage her team at Specialized Mitigation Solutions.

Prior to being involved in real estate, Ms. Perron has been working for various fortune 500 companies in a top producer sales executive and negotiating large marketing campaigns for other fortune 500 companies. Ms. Perron is also a proud mother of two beautiful boys.
